Home Visits must be requested before 11:30 am Monday to Friday. Due to practice pressures we cannot accept requests after this time.
Home Visits are only available for genuinely housebound or terminally ill patients.
If you attend social or other medical appointments you are expected to attend the practice. Mobility or transport issues are not indications for a home visit.
Most problems can be dealt with more quickly and efficiently at the practice.
