MINOR AILMENTS If you are currently suffering from a Minor Ailment,eg,head cold, cough or sore throat you may now attend your local pharmacy for advice and treatment rather than waiting to contact the Practice for an appointment or prescription. Leaflets, etc are available from the Practice regarding this scheme.

REPEAT DISPENSING SCHEME This scheme is an alternative option to obtain your medicines. Your GP will give you a maximum of 12 months "repeatable prescription". With these prescriptions you can collect your medicines from a pharmacy of your choice at regular intervals without having to contact the practice. Contact the Repeat Prescription Line on 028 66 342456 or call to reception to find out if you could avail of this scheme. Full details will be explained to you.

PRACTICE SURVEY RESULTS - OCTOBER 2007 Thank you for participating in our Practice Survey. We appreciate you giving of your time to complete the survey forms. Our results were very faviourable. Our highest rating was satisfication with receptionist at 90%. Our lowest rating was satisfication with phoning through to practice, however we will continue to monitor our telephone lines.

PROTECTED TRAINING TIME FOR STAFF Our Practice will be closed on Wednesday 27/02/2008 from 1:00 pm for staff training. In an emergency, please contact the out-of-hours service on 0870 606 2288. The Practice will re-open on Thursday 28/02/2008.
